 Tonka
lives in Asheville, NC with Jeff and Rachel Keener and their two young daughters. He was shown a few times as a puppy, and earned a couple single points from the 9-12 and 12-18 classes. He then went home to grow up and mature. In January 2006, on the competitive Florida circuit, Tonka earned 2 majors and 1 major reserve (shown just 4 days)! The following weekend he went to South Carolina and was chosen Best of Winners at the Greater Charleston Weimaraner Club's specialty under Gloria Gerringer.
Tonka has a beautiful front assembly
and an outstanding head. His temperament is very true to the Weimaraner breed, and he keeps
his family on their toes! Tonka loves to go for long hikes in the parks,
chase balls, point birds, go swimming or just play with his kong. He sired his first litter in May 2007, and we are very excited to see what this boy will produce!
