Phoenix
lives in Vancouver BC Canada with her owner, Tracy Wakaluk.
There, she enjoys running in the mountains, swimming (yes, some
Dobermans CAN and DO swim) in the rivers or taking some classes in
obedience, agility or tracking.
As a show dog, Phoenix has
had a very successful career. She entered her first show in
Canada at 10 months of age, and came away with a Best of Breed,
Group Third, Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show! The
following two days she earned enough points to finish her Canadian
Championship, and she also added two more Best Puppy in Shows!
At two years of age, Phoenix
came to Florida to work toward her American Championship.
She picked up a huge 5 point win on the ultra competitive January
circuit, and then added 5 minor points over the next few
shows. She whelped her first litter in April 2006, and once she regains her girlish figure, will return to the show ring to complete her AM CH.
